Help Eva and Juliette who have been abducted in France 9 months ago in violations of French judgments.
Sign the petition on change.org to have the USA respect international law of child abduction.
My name is Arnaud Paris, father of 9-year-old French twins Eva and Juliette, who were abducted in April by their American mother in violation of two French court rulings and a travel ban.
For nine months, I’ve been unable to see my daughters or even to have regular video calls with them, despite the Hague Convention mandating the preservation of parental bonds in abduction cases. The U.S. has also refused to honor an international arrest warrant or its extradition treaty with France.
On December 22, I began a hunger strike in front of the U.S. Embassy in Paris to demand the reestablishment of contact with my daughters and respect for international law. This case risks setting a dangerous precedent, encouraging more child abductions if nothing is done to stop the US violating international treaties towards France and Europe.
Any kid in Europe could be kidnapped to the US without consequences. Please sign this petition to demand that the U.S. comply with international treaties, restore my daughters’ rights, and ensure justice for Eva and Juliette.
